Accounts Payable

We set up your vendors in QuickBooks.  We enter your bills to ensure they're paid on time and attach electronic copies so you can see your bills from anywhere.  No more check writing and entering after the fact.  You authorize payment and we take care of the rest. 

Accounts Receivable

Would you like to receive payments more quickly and efficiently from your customers?  We can prepare customer invoices, enter payments, accept credit card payments right through QuickBooks and follow up on aging balances with monthly statements and phone calls to your clients with balances you'd like to collect. 

Point of Sale Services

We utilize your Point of Sale (POS) Service to report income and profitability.  We reconcile Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments from your Bank Deposits to POS System.  Income is categorized and reported with your regularly scheduled financial reports from QuickBooks.

Sales Tax Reporting

We can use QuickBooks or your POS system to provide your accountant with Sales Tax Payable.  We can also file and pay your sales tax in the state of New York if your accountant does not currently perform this task.
